Located opposite Yalding train station, we achieved outline planning for a new 47,000sqm business park on a former agrochemical manufacturing site. The scheme has been developed to be delivered in 4 phases, with varying unit sizes in each. The site is in a flood prone area and therefore the design sees the buildings sat on stilts above ground to deliver a flood resilience. Two new accesses are provided into the site from the main road and several footpaths connect the site to the existing network.
