106 units have been developed for this site located just outside Maidstone in neighbouring Allington. The units are being developed for West Kent Housing Association and range from 2 bed flats to 4 bed houses. The development has been designed to maximise the existing green spaces at the edge of the site, with properties fronting these boundaries. The new strategic buffer zone of landscaped green space and natural habitat area surrounds the new development on three sides and will feature new play space for local children.
