Westcliffe House, formerly a hotel, was converted into 32 apartments through refurbishment and two extensions. Challenging conversion of the existing structure and levels with the new extensions proved for an interesting technical design. The sea facing apartments offer stunning, uninterrupted views over Margate making these a unique set of apartments. The scheme blends the traditional seaside vernacular of coastal hotels with modern extensions to create a building that adds to the character of the area.
