A redevelopment scheme of 36 houses and flats on a brown field student accommodation site close to Maidstone Town centre. The scheme design  is bold and  reflects the built up edge of  town location and its prominence on a major junction on the one way system. The flats use 2 types of  brick and render panels to create a strong street scene whilst the houses to the rear relax the form and use pitched roofs and timber on the  elevations.
