88 residential units are being developed at Wingfield Place in Deal. Two to four bed properties have been developed and a variety of brick types, roof shapes and decorative features add individuality to the streetscape.

Alongside the new homes, the scheme also incorporates a full-sized football pitch and clubhouse for the community, as well as further green amenity space. The new pitch size is in line with the Football Association’s requirement for an ‘Over 18 Senior Pitch’ and can also be used as junior and mini pitches. The community sports provision also includes a clubhouse featuring changing rooms, social space, kitchen and terrace.
