gdm assisted the contractor to win this Design & Build tender for the extension of the school to provide 6 new classrooms, extended hall, new library and ancillary facilities. gdm was then asked to review the planning scheme to identify potential and significant cost savings. These scheme changes then formed a further planning application and consent which confirmed the viability of the project enabling it to proceed and deliver a successful completed building.
