Industrial

An industrial site in Barking is being enhanced to provide further modern and flexible facilities for local companies. 10 units occupy the site and four of them are being adapted into several smaller more commercially viable units. The initial planning permission, achieved prior to our involvement, had layouts which didn’t work for the client. We altered the design of these and achieved permission for the amendments.
