The redevelopment of 87 Blackwall Lane sees the provision of 27 apartments and 2 commercial units over three blocks. The blocks are 3, 5 and 6 storeys in height, responding to their context and neighbouring Rothbury Hall. The apartments are mixed in tenure, including social rent and share ownership, and are being presented in a tenure blind arrangement. We are providing the technical design for client Guildmore, working to discharge planning conditions and developing the detailed and final construction design.
