gdm was employed by KCC to develop and implement a new flexible working method, which KCC called New Ways of Working (NWOW), at their new Kent HQ in Kings Hill. The office, known as Worrall House (in memory of long-serving Tonbridge and Malling politician Mark Worrall who died in 2012) provides a base for teams in adult social care, education, human resources, children's social care and the sport and culture team - totalling over 500 staff. gdm provided a full spatial and interior design service which required us to work with the client to understand their operational needs. The success of this office has proved fundamental in the success of the NWOW program which KCC has implemented across their current offices.
