Regeneration in Crowborough gets green lit

DHA Planning Group and gdm architects have once again worked together to achieve planning approval - this time for the regeneration of a vacant site in Crowborough. The scheme will revive the site through the refurbishment of two existing buildings and provision of a single new build, providing a range of retail and commercial units.

A former factory building will be extended, converted and subdivided to create new units whilst a former public house will be converted into a class e unit and first floor flat. A purpose built new build unit will provide retail space.The historic identity of the pub, including ornate brick and window features will be retained and enhanced, whilst the factory frontage will be upgraded and enhanced.
