Planning submitted for a New Office in Maidstone

gdm architects have submitted a planning application on behalf of Genco for their new Headquarters Building in Maidstone.

The appearance of the proposed 700m2 office building is inspired by the local vernacular and therefore Kentish Ragstone has been used on the primary elevations.The shape of the building and the geometry is designed to give prominence to this beautiful material.

A modern but elegant geometry and an interplay between three materials is created.
