Planning granted at Hill Farm, Linton

Maidstone Borough Council have granted planning permission for 58 new units as part of a larger care led development in Linton, near Maidstone. Once complete, the site will offer a variety of care-focused facilities which will also include a care home, a new hospice for the Heart of Kent and housing for people with learning difficulties. The 58 one and two bed bungalow units will be developed as 100% affordable retirement units and managed by a Registered Provider.

The site has been developed to create an environment that will enable older people to maintain their independence for longer through purpose-built homes.We’re excited to work alongside not only Stonebond and continue design development, but all the other companies involved in bringing the entire site forward.
