Eclipse Park expansion receives planning permission

The next phase to the ever-popular Eclipse Park in Maidstone has recently received planning permission. A Costa drive-thru and four flexible commercial units will be delivered on the unoccupied site for Gallagher Properties Limited.

The drive-thru has its own vehicular access to manage traffic and offers internal and external seating areas. Adjacent to the coffee shop, the four commercial units have been designed to continue the high-quality design of the existing architecture on Eclipse Park. The units will be staggered and set back on the north elevation, breaking up the mass and increasing the landscaping to the spine road. Timber effect and black standing seam cladding along with locally sourced ragstone provides a modern and unique façade for these commercial spaces.
